ADHD Parenting Support Group

For Parents with ADHD.

The demands of modern parenting are poorly suited to an ADHD brain. I see so many of my clients overwhelmed with the emotional regulation, multitasking and working memory required for parenting. This is compounded further if they have a neurodiverse child or children as well!!

In this 6 week program you will:

  • Develop a parenting style that better aligns with how your brain functions best.

  • Find more informed and effective parenting strategies for you.

  • Connect with other parents in a similar family situation who "get it".

  • Become more of the parent you want to be for your children

ADHD Education and Keynote Speaking (Secondary Schools)

I deliver practical, engaging sessions that help students, teachers, and parents better understand how the ADHD brain works — and how to support it in real-world school environments.

Sessions available for:

  • Students

  • Teachers & LSO’s

  • Parents

All sessions can be tweaked and tailored to your school’s needs.

Strong strengths with plenty of struggles — and the resultant story you build about yourself

  • Understand how your ADHD brain works

  • Identify and lean into your strengths

  • Avoid developing negative self-beliefs and stories from your perceived weaknesses.

The fork in the road of identifying and leaning into your strengths OR creating an identity shaped by shame, fear and a focus on your ADHD weaknesses can be literally life changing!

Teachers & LSO’s: ADHD Can’t vs Won’t

Is this behaviour a capacity or  motivation issue?

  • Reduce frustration and misinterpretation of behaviour

  • Learn practical strategies to support ADHD brain activation and engagement

This session sharpens decision-making around Can’t vs Won’t behaviour and gives educators a clearer framework for responding effectively in the classroom.

It also helps educators to maintain a strong connection and trusting relationship with ADHD students - which is critical to effectively supporting and working with them.

Parents: ADHD Regulation for Homework Productivity

  • Learn strategies to help your young person regulate their attention and emotion.

  • Reduce conflict and nagging and improve connection and confidence.
