The ADHD Project is built around 2 key themes
Awareness: Is in understanding your ADHD traits or patterns - or those of the ADHD young person you care about. It is hard to create sustainable positive change without this awareness.
Capacity: In the ADHD context, capacity refers to how much fuel your brain and nervous system has to function well and regulate itself. We will determine where capacity is getting drained and work out what supports are needed; while also using your strengths and alignment with your brain needs to build your capacity - making life easier and unlocking your potential!
