The 4 A’s of my ADHD Coaching :

Awareness

You can’t change what you’re not aware of—and this is especially true in ADHD Coaching. It’s not enough to just know about ADHD; understanding your own ADHD brain is key. Where do you struggle, and why? What does your brain need to function at its best, and how can you bring more of that into your life? These are the kinds of self-awareness insights we’ll explore together in your coaching journey.

Advocacy

Awareness is about understanding your brain, yourself, and what you truly need and want. But even with this clarity, you’re still navigating the relationships, environments, and expectations you may have unconsciously accepted before these insights. Awareness gives you the power to advocate for yourself—setting new boundaries and standards, both for yourself and with others. I love witnessing the shift that happens when people discover what they need and want, and find the confidence and strength to express it to those around them!

Once you’ve developed awareness of your brain’s needs and strengths, and learned to advocate for yourself, the next step is creating alignment—bringing your life into harmony with how your brain actually works. This includes what you do, how you do it, where you do it, and who you do it with. Together, we’ll design a life that reflects who you truly are, helping you experience more calm, more enjoyment, and greater success!

Action

ADHD is often described as a productivity disorder—meaning that following through, executing, and getting things done can be a significant challenge. This is where Action comes in. If taking action is a key differentiator in life, ADHD brains can sometimes feel at a natural disadvantage. In ADHD Coaching, we focus on helping you take action by building on your Awareness, Advocacy, and Alignment, giving you the tools, strategies, and confidence to get things done in a way that works for your brain.

Session Blocks

* ADHD Coaching is about helping you to make changes that you need and want.

This takes a little time. Therefore, my coaching works in 6 session blocks.

We review our progress at the end of each block and hold each other accountable to what we have set out to achieve.

In order to keep momentum and optimise our chance of you making progress, I recommend an interval of 1-3 weeks between coaching sessions depending on your circumstances….

Pricing

There are 2 simple options for payment:

You can pay as you go within the 6 session block @ $120 a session

You can pay upfront for 6 Coaching sessions for $600.
