ADHD Parenting Support Program

For Parents with ADHD.

The demands of modern parenting are poorly suited to an ADHD brain. I see so many of my clients overwhelmed with the emotional regulation, multitasking and working memory required for parenting. This is compounded further if they have a neurodiverse child or children as well!!

In this 6 week program you will:

  • Develop a parenting style that better aligns with how your brain functions best.

  • Find more informed and effective parenting strategies for you.

  • Connect with other parents in a similar family situation who "get it".

  • Become more of the parent you want to be for your children

Course Schedule:

Week 1: Parental Energy and Capacity (our foundation!)

Week 2: Meltdowns - ADHD and Emotional Regulation

Week 3: School Mornings - an ADHDers kryptonite

Week 4: Sensitivity and Overstimulation - yours and theirs!

Week 5: Parental and Personal Boundary setting

Week 6: Hyperactivity and Restlessness

All content is grounded in neuroscience that is presented in an accessible and useful way.

This gives us the platform to build parental strategies that are connected to both your and your childs’ strengths and in alignment with how your nervous system works best.

*You will receive a course manual to use during program and refer back to as needed.
